By accessing or using Inkify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Inkify is a SaaS platform for digital publishing, AI-assisted content creation, podcast and media production, social distribution, analytics, and monetization tools.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

Paid features require an active subscription. Billing is recurring and processed via Stripe unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Your use of Inkify must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

AI outputs may require human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy, legality, and proper attribution before publishing.

AI functionality may rely on third-party providers, including Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs, and may be subject to usage limits.

The platform, excluding user content, is owned by Inkify LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We respect copyright and process infringement notices under our DMCA policy.

Inkify integrates with third-party services (social platforms, payment processors, podcast channels, analytics, and hosting). Their terms also apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkify LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Inkify LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
